RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CLEAN FACE
CleanFace has a 14 day return policy on brand new and unopened CleanFace bottled products, from the time of package arrival. Please note all refills are final sale due to the nature of packaging. Please reach out to our customer care team and they will guide you through the process. If a refund is approved, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your reimbursement. If products are returned and damaged in shipping, we cannot honour a reimbursement.
