Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all one-year subscriptions.
All orders placed will ship out within 48 hrs of time of purchase. Any orders placed between Friday 11:00 am and Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.
Kindly note we will do our absolute best to ensure your packages reach you by the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind however, that the estimates are given by our shipping carriers and occasionally, packages may arrive later than expected. At this time, all of our orders ship via Canada Post (unless stated otherwise).
For next day priority shipping, please contact us at hello@cleanface.ca prior to placing your order so that we can do our best to ensure that you receive your package when it is needed.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pick up at our warehouse within same day, bottled and refill products, if order placed before 10 am. Otherwise, it will be ready the following business day.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERIES
Free local deliveries of bottled products within 24 hour after processing within Sea to Sky areas, and some portions of the lower mainland.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Free shipping. All returns and/or exchanges are at customers expense and must be shipped back using Canada Post or USPS if shipping from the USA and must include an RA number and tracking number. Please note duties and taxes are non refundable and we are unable to tell you what these charges might be.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes and these amounts are to be paid by the customer and are non refundable. These amounts are established by your local custom authorities. Please contact your local custom authorities for this information.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Due to the increase of online orders over the past few months and the lessened workforce of logistical companies, unfortunately, we can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.
If shipping insurance is opted out of, we, unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
