When I think of Rosemary I think of food. It's a good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6. Or even a great garnish on a plate. The beauty of the simplicity of a stem and the woody smell just brings out any dish. Makes you feel and look like a chef.
Last summer I planted it on my deck and it inspired several yummy meals all summer long.

Rosemary Essential Oil
one of the 9 ingredients you can pronounce
As member of the mint family, rosemary essential oil provides stimulation, oxygenation and overall reviving refreshment to skin. And if that wasn't enough here are three things I love about it - fights acne, tightens your skin tone and reduces inflammation.
1. ACNE FIGHTING
With its potent antibacterial qualities, rosemary essential oil helps fight the acne bacteria from getting into your pores. This quality, combined with rosemary oils non-comedogenic properties, means that acne has no foothold as the oil both clears out pores and forms a protective barrier against future breakouts.
2. SKIN TONE TIGHTENING
Rosemary Oil helps shrink the appearance of large pores because it’s a natural astringent, which means it helps shrink pores to tighten the appearance of your complexion. This is great for people with naturally oily skin, as incorporating ingredients like rosemary oil into as many of your skincare products as possible means you multiply these benefits every day for blemish-free skin that looks great.
3. REDUCTION OF INFLAMMATION
Helps soothe the appearance of redness. Both directly acting as an anti-inflammatory as well as protecting skin with antioxidants and antibacterial compounds, rosemary oil is an all-in-one solution for skin irritation.
